My name is Gregory Collier and I am a Chef in Scottsdale, AZ planning to move to Charlotte, NC and open a restaurant. I want my products to mainly come from the states local farm community. My menu will be very seasonal(new bi weekly) so its important for me to find the best product available. I would like to begin building my relationships with the farmers as soon as possible. Any print items and/or product listing would be greatly appreciated. I also am in my menu plannin/costing phase so any seasonal growth charts would also be very helpful.
Hi Gregory, we’re happy you’re moving to our area. We’re glad to help any way we can. I’ll send you our price lists, and a standard growing chart from NC Dept. of Agriculture. We focus on beef, pork, and eggs, along with some produce. We also work with a group of about 4 others farmers (friends & relatives), who are better suited to grow produce we aren’t able to due to garden space & location. If there is something in particular you would like to try growing we’re happy to try new & different things. Thanks, Cathy Lewis 704-842-1208
Are you open during the week? If so what are your hours. Thanks.
thanks so much for what you do . the kids love it. and the prices are affordable thanks .
The farm is awesome. The fall festivities that they do are awesome for the family outing. We have attended for the last 2 years with our grandchildren. They love the animals. The hayride and the pumpkin picking in the field. Thanks Lewis’ for doing a great thing for our community.

Thanks,

Sure, we’ll be open Sunday, Dec. 11 from 1-5pm for Christmas pictures.
I have ordered products over the last several years and love the meats and eggs. Cathy is a warm and gracious lady that makes customer service come alive!! These products are great Christmas gifts too, something special from a special farm-outrageously delicious…thanks Cathy!!
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow. I’ve got your sausage, eggs, & ground beef ready!
Merry Christmas!
HI. I live locally and would like to know if you could email some information on the different products you offer for sale, including a price list. We are interested in purchasing more locally grown produce as well as meats. I would love to visit your farm and learn more about it as I have heard alot about Lewis Farm from others. Thanks!
Hi Carrie,
We’d love to have you visit the farm. Give me a call at 704-842-1208 & we’ll set up a convenient time for us both. I’ll be happy to email you a meat price list if you can send me an email at cathy@lewisfarm.org. We’re still planning our vegetable garden, so if you have any requests we’ll try to work them in. We will have the garden standards; squash, tomatoes, green beans, sweet corn, green peppers, cucumbers, cantalopes, watermelons, potatoes, leaf lettuce, onions, & some herbs. We have next door relatives that grow okra, turnips, & other greens.
Thanks for your interest!
